Platform Game in JB contest.

You can even create Vice City like games with it!!!

You have to create a platform game like Mario.

1. One Background
2. One Player
3. One Enemy.

I will select the game with best graphics, controls, interface, music, etc.
The contest have 20 days limit. It means results would be announced after 20 days form now.

Ooh, i think i will give this a try? Im no good at making games in JB, does it have to be JB?

Well BPL isnt powerful enough in the graphics area to make a game, i was think maybe more like dark basic pro? I could make a far better game in it than in LB...

Here is a screenie of my game so far, it is a re-make of John Colhoun's 1994 Glider Test Flight 4.0 game, it isnt like mario but it is a kind of platform game, so like mario you have to reach the end of the level avoiding and attacking obstacles.
This is a very early picture but it is coming along quite nicely

So far I have completed 2 rooms, working on the third now You might not need to make the contest longer, depending on if i get it done tonight or not

Glad you like it, if i wasnt so stuck for time i could have done a lot more, and you never know i might sometime, i actually really enjoyed making it, although first I have another game idea in mind
